How to Make a Stress Ball?

To make a stress ball at home, all you need is a few simple materials and a little bit of time. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make your own DIY stress ball:

  1. First, gather your materials, including a balloon, a funnel, and your choice of filling material, such as flour, rice, or small beads.
  2. Next, attach the funnel to the opening of the balloon and fill it with your chosen filling material, making sure to leave enough space at the top to tie it closed.
  3. Once the balloon is filled, tie the opening tightly in a knot to prevent any spills.

To add a little extra fun and relaxation to your stress ball, you can decorate it with markers or stickers. You can also use different colors and sizes of balloons to create a variety of stress balls. When you’re feeling stressed or anxious, simply squeeze the ball in your hand to release tension and promote relaxation.
