This sausage bread rolls look like a beautiful flower, it’s a great idea for breakfast or any party ! And they are very easy to make ! You will love it !
Ingredients :
Hot dog sausages – 2-3 (Chicken or Beef, I used Chicken)
All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 1 cup
Instant Yeast – 1/4 tablespoon
Powdered Milk – 1/2 Tablespoon
Salt – 1/4 Teaspoon
Castor Sugar – 1/4 Teaspoon
Cooking Oil – 1 Tablespoon
Egg Slightly beaten – 1 Tablespoon, retain remaining for egg wash before baking (Vegetarians can omit egg altogether or can substitute with 1/2 Tablespoon Yogurt)
Warm water as required for kneading about 1/8 to 1/6 cup or even more
Toppings of choice
Directions:
1. Take a bread dough.
2. Roll it flat keeping its diameter equal to the length of the sausage.
3. Roll the sausage in it
4. Cut it in six pieces in a way that one side of the roll is still uncut.
5. Twist and place the sausages as shown to form a flower.
6. Bake until nicely golden and your sausage rolls as perfect party snacks are ready.
