Fold the two sides of the rectangle and make a roll and brush it with milk. Make more roll with the same ways and coat each roll in crushed cheddar tortilla chips and bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees F. Serve them hot with ketchup or mayo dip.
