If you want a yummy muffin but don’t want to put in the effort of measuring and combining several ingredients, just grab a pint of your favourite ice cream and some self-rising flour.You will not believe a recipe with only two ingredients can make such amazing muffins. You can also experiment with different ice cream flavours.What a fabulous idea this is. We can’t wait to make them and no doubt neither will you!
Ingredients (Serves: 12) :
2 cups (250g) self-raising flour
1 3/4 cups (470ml) vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions:
1.Preheat an oven to 220 degrees C. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.
2 .Mix self-rising flour and vanilla ice cream together until smooth. Spoon batter in muffin cups, filling them 3/4 full.
3. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a muffin comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in the pans for 10 minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire rack.
