There’s no denying that the tempo of our life is faster than ever and all of us get stressed sometimes. Whether you are a parent trying to manage three toddlers in the morning, stuck in traffic in the middle of rush hour or feel swamped with work, you definitely need something to de-stress and relieve some of that tension.
How to Make a Stress Ball?
To make a stress ball at home, all you need is a few simple materials and a little bit of time. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to make your own DIY stress ball:
- First, gather your materials, including a balloon, a funnel, and your choice of filling material, such as flour, rice, or small beads.
- Next, attach the funnel to the opening of the balloon and fill it with your chosen filling material, making sure to leave enough space at the top to tie it closed.
- Once the balloon is filled, tie the opening tightly in a knot to prevent any spills.
To add a little extra fun and relaxation to your stress ball, you can decorate it with markers or stickers. You can also use different colors and sizes of balloons to create a variety of stress balls. When you’re feeling stressed or anxious, simply squeeze the ball in your hand to release tension and promote relaxation.
