  • Stress balls can be made out of balooons (a 12 inch regular latex/rubber balloon at the dollar store, will do)
    • You can use flour, rice, water beads, play dough, and even oobleck as a filler.
  • Use a funnel to get your filling inside
    • if you don’t have a funnel, simply cut the bottom off a plastic water bottle and make your own.
  • You will also need coloring (paint) or a pen/brush to make it cooler.
