Ingredients and tools :
- Puff pastry
- Jam , meat or any your favorite stuff.
- Chocolate
- Egg
- Vegetable oil
- Circle cookie cutters
- Scissors
Directions :
- Roll a sheet of puff pastry，and cut it with circle cookie cutter
- Put jam in every circle and make it a star shape
- Cut the top parts of this star, and rolled up to the center. Stick two parts together with the egg white.
- Make more in the same way.
- Deep fry in oil until golden.
- Make dish decorated with melted chocolate, put these puff pastry flowers in the plate.
